Assessment part 2: How I figure out what The Boy needs to know Part 2

Below is the assessment for the 2s.  I can't find a copy of the preschool (3-5 year olds) right now.  When I created the 2's assessment I used a portion from the preschool one. (shapes, colors etc)
Here is what is The Boy knows from his preschool form:
Recognizes Upper Case Letters
Knows many letter sounds
Can count to 50 (including bridge numbers-10, 20, 30 etc) This is very exciting!
Knows left & right
Can hold a scissors (can cut a line, but not a circle completely)
Recognizes Name

Will be working on developing:
Identifying lower case letters
matching upper & lower case letters
writing letters & numbers (so that they are recognizable)

that's all i can recall.  What's really fun about working with just one child is the ability to completely tailor everything to him.  He loves numbers and math.  We are working on introducing basic addition with counters (i use mini erasers from oriental trading) He needs more help with developing fine motor skills & handwriting muscles.  Things like molding play doh help develop the muscles & strengthen needed for handwriting.
