Oh I love Jan Brett! The next book was The Hat. After reading about animals making hats from people clothes, we talked about children who don't have hats to keep them warm. We headed out to the store. Where each child picked out a hat/glove set to donate to our local clothing drive. We were so in the moment, I didn't get any pictures.
This was our first RACK.
